Shipping
All
orders normally ship within 48 hours (business days) from the time
you place your order. Our cost for standard shipping within the U.S. for
most items is $6.95 for the first video/CD/DVD, plus $1.50 for each
additional item; Two Business Day delivery is $9.95, plus $1.50 for each
additional item; Next Business Afternoon is $15.95, plus $1.50 for
each additional item. Note: All video 2-packs will be charged as
two videos; 3-packs will be charged as three videos; and so on.
Some products with multiple and varying sized items contained in
a pack, or oversized products, will have an individual shipping charge
assigned. 2-Day
and Next Afternoon orders must be placed by 3:30 p.m. Central Standard
Time to ship the same day, Monday through Friday only (no weekend
pick-up or delivery). For Overnight orders, if your item is out of
stock, we will email or call you promptly. We will otherwise only
email you if we are unable to ship within one week. We strive to
have all items in stock at all times. If mailing in your order
with a personal check, your order may be held for your check to clear.
International
Orders
All international orders are sent via Air Mail. Canadian orders
are $10.95 for the first video, and $1.50 for each additional video.
Our shipping charge for most other countries outside the U.S. is $14.95
for your first video and $4.95 for each additional item.
Keep in mind that all 2-packs are charged as two videos; 3-packs
will be charged as three videos, and so on.
Some products with multiple and varying sized items contained in
a pack, or oversized products, will have an individual shipping charge
assigned. We may charge
more for shipping for some countries with higher shipping costs and/or
that require tracking. In
either case, you will receive an email within 24 hours with additional
shipping charges for your approval before we proceed with your order.
Any customs, duties and/or taxes that apply upon receipt of the order
are the responsibility of the customer.

Normally all orders ship within 48 hours from the time your order is
received, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.
If an item is backordered, and it is determined it will take more than
one week for shipment to go out, we will notify you. If
mailing in your order with a personal check, your order may be held for
your check to clear.

Methods
 | You can order via our secure internet server with your
major credit or debit card. Just add the items you want to your
shopping cart, and follow the instructions provided.
 | If you'd prefer to send a check or money order or your
credit/debit card number, just add the item(s) you want to your
shopping cart. You can then print the order form, or copy down the
relevant information to include with your check/MO. Please include
your email address and/or phone number in the event we need to
contact you with questions or information about your order. Make
your check payable to "National Soul Line Dance
Association". See our mailing address below. If mailing
in your order with a check, your order may be held for your check to
clear.
 | You can fax your order by adding the item(s) you wish to
purchase to your shopping cart, and then either print the order form
or copy down the relevant information and include it in your fax.
Don't forget to include your credit or debit card number, along with
the expiration date. Please include your email address and/or phone
number in the event we need to contact you with questions. See our

 | We accept Purchase Orders from Schools, Libraries,

Privacy
National Soul Line Dance Association (NSLDA) is strongly
committed to respecting the privacy of our customers. We won't sell,
trade, rent or share your information with other companies or use your
personal information for any reason other than our ordering process and
to contact you if there is a problem or question with your order.
Return
Policy
We do not accept returns of opened items due to the nature of
the products we sell and anti-piracy concerns. You may return
unopened items within 30 days of receipt of your order (or gift) for a
credit or refund of the cost of the items. Shipping is not refundable.
Insurance or tracking is advised. A credit will appear on your statement
within one to two billing cycles, or if you paid by check or money
order, you will receive a refund check in the mail within one to two
months. If an item is returned damaged no credit will be issued, so
please use appropriate packing material. Please include your packing
slip and return unopened items only to:

If you receive a defective or damaged video
please do not return it. Instead email us for replacement
instructions at orders@nslda.org.

Security
Our shopping cart server uses a SSL Web Server
Certificate which secures information by encrypting all data to and from
this site (the strongest form of browser security). You can feel
confident in knowing we take the security of your personal information
very seriously. In fact, we believe entering your credit card
information on our site is safer than giving it to a retail store or
restaurant.
Taxes
Because of our presence in these states, orders with a
shipping address within the state of Texas will be charged a 7% sales
tax, within the state of South Dakota will be charged a 6% sales tax and
orders shipping to California will be charged 7.25% sales tax.
Canada and International orders - Any customs, duties
or taxes that apply upon delivery of the order are the sole
responsibility of the customer.
